REFRESHING A COMMUNITY BRAND FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
For the Homebaked CLT project, I was tasked with refining and enhancing the branding of this Liverpool-based community land trust to better reflect their mission and values. Homebaked CLT is dedicated to renovating affordable homes, maintaining community spaces like gardens, and bringing together the people of Anfield through projects focused on art, sustainability, and local development.
While the organisation already had a strong visual identity, the goal was to elevate their brand and tighten the overall aesthetic to ensure it conveyed their core values of community, sustainability, and inclusivity. The updated branding maintains the spirit of the original design but gives it a more polished, cohesive look that feels modern and approachable. Every detail was carefully considered—from the logo redesign to the color palette—ensuring that it reflects the trust’s deep commitment to fostering a vibrant, connected, and sustainable community.
The result is a fresh, more unified visual identity that not only resonates with Homebaked CLT’s existing community but also positions them to attract new support and partnerships for their ongoing projects.
