Local Businesses
These are some of our new friends in the neighborhood and beyond. Soon
you will be able to see a little more information about them and even
click on a link to some of their web-sites. These friends are either great
places to stop if you need something special or they played a great roll
in the developement of the studio.
This is like our mini-version of "Local First"; we hope you
check them out some time. They are all great!
Sage's Cafe
Located on 3rd south, not far from the studio. This is a "GREAT"
place to get some vegetarian grub. You meat eathers need to try this place
out, no conversion required. These are some of the best meals you can
have to combine with a strong yoga practice.

The Green Building Center
Located a little ways away from the studio on 1952 E & 2700
S, these folks are important. If you are looking for a little less
toxicity in your home or building and some great ideas on how to
develope your pad the green way, you need to stop here. All of the
paints, finishes, insulations, glues and more used in the studio
are from the Green Building Center. 801.484.6278

The "Salon"
Our neighbor next door, the Salon rocks! There are more people
with hot looking mugs and tops comming out of that place than I've
ever seen next door to a yoga studio. If you are worried about class
messing up your hair or just need a new look, stop in next door.
They even have a conditioner that smells like chocolate/caramel,
how can you go wrong with that? 801.746.1010 (815 E & 400 S)

Niche'
Our neighbor just off 3rd st behind us (799 E & 300 S). This
is a great little cafe' & salon. The cafe' has a tasty menu
with some great drinks. If you have the time to sit down and have
a cup of White Peony tea and a snack after class, whey would you
do anything else? Check this place out, it's got a vibe that flows
like nobody's business.

Nostalgia
If you are coming from a little farther north west, around 248 E &
100 S, this coffee / tea & sandwich shop doesn't skimp on portions.
Great little place to sit inside, have a great sandwich and some good
drink. The owner Catherin is also one of the snappiest dressers I've seen
in a coffe shop, how about that!
